Our team of experienced, Licensed Psychologists provides compassionate, evidence-based care for adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors. We specialize in helping clients navigate life’s challenges — whether it’s managing depression, anxiety, stress, attention and focus issues, identity development, adjustment to change, grief and loss, or relationship concerns.  Our goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can gain insight, develop new skills, and move forward with confidence.

Located in the beautiful Craig Ranch neighborhood of southwest McKinney, Texas, we offer both in-person and telehealth sessions to meet your needs and preferences. Our psychologists are credentialed with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, Scott & White, United Healthcare, and Aetna. We also accept self-pay and Out-of-Network clients and provide superbills for reimbursement when applicable. At Kreins Psychological Services, we’re dedicated to helping you overcome challenges, embrace growth, and start living the life you deserve.
